This app is awesome. I have never had any issues with in the 4 years we've lived here.
The app is good, but there are times that it shuts down in the middle of using it, that requires logging back in all over again, that is annoying.

Same problem others described. Tells me I'm not connected. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work.
